By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Copy, reproduce or use our website content without permission.
- Provide false or misleading information when placing an order, booking a repair or selling a device.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- Product images may vary slightly from the actual product.
- Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
- Specifications may change where a manufacturer updates a product.
- Availability is subject to stock levels.
- We may correct genuine errors in product descriptions or pricing.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Products supplied to consumers must meet the applicable requirements of UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£).
Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes and charges will be included or clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, if you have already placed an order and we have accepted it, the agreed price will normally apply, subject to any obvious pricing error.
If a product has been displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to a genuine error, we may contact you before processing the order.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We may contact you if:
- The product is unavailable.
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
- We need additional information to process your order.
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we cannot fulfil an order that you have already paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available on our website.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.
7. Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and assist you.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery.
8. Returns and Cancellation
If you purchase goods from us online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period under UK consumer law, subject to legal exceptions. The Consumer Contracts Regulations require certain cancellation and pre-contract information to be provided for distance contracts.
Where a cancellation right applies:
- You should contact us clearly to tell us that you wish to cancel.
- Products should normally be returned within the required period.
- Products should be returned in accordance with our returns instructions.
- Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Some products or services may be excluded from cancellation rights under applicable legislation. Where an exception applies, we will provide the relevant information before or at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods are not affected by our returns policy.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
We will not ask you to give up rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
10. Refurbished and Used Devices
Refurbished and used devices may show signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic marks, depending on their stated condition.
The condition of each device will be described as accurately as reasonably possible.
Where applicable, information about battery condition, storage capacity, cosmetic condition, functionality and included accessories will be provided in the product listing.
Refurbished or used status does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
11. Device Repairs
When you book a repair with Reboot City, you authorise us to inspect and diagnose the device and carry out the agreed repair.
Repair services may include screen replacement, battery replacement, charging-port repair, back-cover replacement, diagnostics and other services listed on our website.
Before proceeding with a repair, we may provide an estimated price based on the information available.
If additional faults or damage are discovered during inspection, we may contact you before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Repair Conditions
You should:
- Remove your personal data where reasonably possible.
- Back up important data before submitting your device.
- Remove passwords, activation locks or security features where necessary for the repair.
- Provide accurate information about previous repairs, liquid damage or other known faults.
We recommend backing up your data before handing over a device.
While we will take reasonable care of devices entrusted to us, customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their personal data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Repair Warranty
Where a repair includes a warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated to you at the time of repair or on your repair documentation.
A repair warranty generally relates to the specific repair or part supplied and does not automatically cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse or subsequent damage.
Any warranty exclusions will be applied fairly and will not affect your statutory rights.
13. Device Buyback / Selling Your Device
If you choose to sell your device to Reboot City, the valuation shown during the online process is based on the information you provide.
The final value may depend on the actual condition of the device when inspected.
We may adjust the valuation if the device:
- Has a different model or storage capacity than stated.
- Has a different physical condition than declared.
- Has a damaged or non-functional component.
- Has significant screen or body damage.
- Has liquid damage.
- Has an activation lock or security lock.
- Has been reported lost or stolen.
- Is subject to a finance agreement or other third-party claim.
- Contains information that differs materially from the information provided during the valuation process.
We will explain any material change to the valuation before completing the purchase where reasonably practicable.
14. Ownership of Devices Sold to Us
By selling a device to Reboot City, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the device or have authority to sell it.
- The device is not stolen.
- The device is not subject to a finance agreement or third-party ownership claim, unless disclosed to us and expressly accepted.
- You have removed your personal accounts and security locks where required.
- You have authority to transfer ownership of the device to us.
If a device is later found to have been stolen or subject to another person's ownership rights, we may cooperate with relevant authorities and affected parties.
15. Personal Data on Devices
Before selling or submitting a device for repair, you should remove personal accounts, passwords, photographs, messages, payment information and other personal data where possible.
You should also perform a factory reset where appropriate.
Reboot City is not responsible for personal data that remains on a device because the customer failed to remove it before handing over the device, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers are subject to availability.
- Discount codes must be used before their expiry date.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order where stated.
- Promotions cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
Specific promotional terms will take priority where they conflict with these general Terms.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, videos and other materials, belongs to Reboot City or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under UK law.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or arise outside the ordinary circumstances of the contract.
For consumer contracts, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce your statutory rights.
21. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disasters.
- Serious technical failures.
- Transport disruption.
- Strikes or industrial action.
- Government restrictions.
- Major network or telecommunications failures.
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances.

24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
Changes will not affect rights that you have already acquired under an existing contract unless permitted by law.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your part of the UK.
26. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where applicable, you retain your legal rights relating to the quality, description, suitability and performance of goods and services.
These Terms are intended to operate alongside, and not replace, your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
